Main Objective of the Role: | Attain a flawless level of nursing service at all points of patient contact, and enable a superior quality clinical experience for patients, through continuous training and refining all processes and staff; Supervision of nursing care and compliance to organizational norms |
Key Responsibilities: | · Ensure manpower and nursing-related consumable costs are maintained within budget · Create Unit specific retention strategies to improve retention scores of nurses at all levels · Ensure delivery of safe and effective patient care – International Patient Safety Goals · Ensure delivery of safe and effective patient care – Nurse Handwashing compliance · Ensure delivery of safe and effective patient care – Nursing Quality Indicators · Improve patient satisfaction score specified for that unit by 20% of the previous year’s baseline target · Ensure that 80% of Nurses have completed Skill passports for their respective levels · Improve Employee Satisfaction Scores through Unit specific Engagement strategies that are based on business priorities · Institutionalize appropriate processes to eliminate recurrent system/patient complaints. · Ensure delivery of safe and effective patient care – Healthcare Acquired Infections · Ensure NABH compliance |
