Programme Admission Counsellor
Job Location: Gurgaon
CTC: 6-8 lac pa
Job Role:
• Responsible to manage & convert nursing leads into registrations
• Providing in-depth information about services to prospective candidates, this includes
counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
• Counselling nurses to build their careers for tomorrow and apprise them with program
features, pedagogy and fee structures
• Understanding the skill set and priorities of nurses to chart out a career plan for them
accordingly
• Help nurses identifying their career growth path and coordinate for their placements
accordingly.
• Guide the nurses for international recruitments processes and compliance related to it
• Explaining the nurses about
• Identifying references through the existing candidate base to increase pipeline
• Participate in job exhibitions/ seminars, coordination with college placement cells,
organizing webinars to attract pool of candidates for programme admissions.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for candidate experience and ensure their queries are
resolved immediately through calls or emails.
Skills Required
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
• Proven experience in counselling and converting the leads
• Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what
services IFANglobal is offering to its prospective candidates and close applications
accordingly.
• Approachable and vibrant personality.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet
targets/deadlines.
